Modular additions are built off site and then craned into place. Our roof plumber and carpenter then secure the second storey structure, which takes 4 – 8 hours. You benefit from minimal disruption as the next set of work is simply add a staircase and fitting off the services to the addition.

A framed addition is simply framing up the building addition on site and constructing it in situ. When access and power lines are a hindrance, it can be more beneficial to construct a framed addition as appose to craning in a modular.

Modular additions can take 14 to 18 weeks, whereas framed construction can take 16 to 20 weeks. It does depends on the size and complexity of the build.

Absolutely. Many of our projects are architecturally designed by external designers as passed onto us. Provided the drawings are accurate and has sufficient detail, we can provide an estimate or a fixed quote on the project.

Yes, your contract is fully fixed with a detailed set of drawings and a set of specifications that are preselected by yourself and our design consultant.
