Our designs are flexible to account for many different styles, fashions and homes.
The modern kitchen is very sleek and up to date. They are often spacious due to the clever design of finger pull handles, push catch doors and various space-saving appliances such as integrated dish-drawers. The cabinets will have quality fold-out internals and pull out drawers to accommodate all kinds of pots, pans and utencils.
This kitchen is strategically designed to be efficient, with strong emphasis on lighting. Splashbacks are often lit up, with lighting over the island bench, a sensor light in the pantry, and additional lights placed around benches at seating heights.
Traditional kitchens have an opulent look as the colours and cabinets are rich and luxurious. Because it is a style rather than a trend, it won’t go out of fashion as is usually best suited to character homes. You can expect to see classical cabinets with posts framing the doors, fluted post with corbels on the corners, and light-coloured ceramic tiles as splashbacks. The doors are usually hand painted or vinyl wrapped. The bench tops are can be granite, marble or engineered stone.
A contemporary kitchen is the type of kitchen that you would see in most project homes. It is the most common Australian kitchen and seems to suit most people’s tastes. It comes in a large selection of laminate colours and handles. Soft closing doors and functional internal fittings come as standard. Engineered stone benchtops are also most common, with large format rectifieid tiles or coloured glass being the splashback of choice. Good lighting options include flush mounted lights that are built into the overhead cabinets, with downlights throughout the kitchen.
